It is that time of the year again; we are now accepting applications from marketers and vendors who wish to participate in Oakville’s Canada Day.

This promises to be a blockbuster year for all Canadians.

Oakville’s Canada Day is a 1-day event that will take place in beautiful Bronte Heritage Park on Saturday, July 1st, 2017. For over a decade, we have hosted one of the best Canada Day celebrations and this year will be no exception.

We invite you to be part of this great event that features entertainment, crafts, and activities for the whole family and one of the best Fireworks displays in Ontario!

Join us as we celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary and the Town of Oakville’s 160th anniversary with the people of Oakville and the surrounding areas!

Ann Sargent took the helm of the Bronte BIA as Executive Director in 2008 having served on the Board for a number of years. Ann is a long-time Bronte resident with a long career in tourism, hospitality and association experience as well as running her own marketing companies. She speaks passionately about the opportunities. Ann says, "It been an exciting time to be in this role and to see our historic village realize its full potential. We are excited about the current revitalization underway and feel fortunate to live, work and play in such a special lakeside community”. Ann and the volunteer board have worked tirelessly over the years to make beautiful Bronte a ‘must-visit tourist destination’ on Lake Ontario for shopping, dining and quality events..
