Bronte BIA arts and culture focused businesses will once again feature free, hands-on, interactive activities that invite the public to participate and to discover the world of artists, creators, historians, architects, curators, and designers at work in their community.

At Home in Bronte Muskoka Chair Outdoor Exhibit
Culture Day weekend is the last three days of this outdoor exhibit.
These uniquely designed Muskoka chairs, painted by Oakville artists, families, organizations and businesses bring a distinctively beautiful scene to Bronte Harbour. Each chair celebrates the national pride, historic achievements and cultural diversity of Oakville, Ontario and Canada on the 150th Anniversary.

African Culture Through Art
Come experience African Culture through bead painting hosted by Ziza Boutique. Contemporary paintings that express the rich cultural heritage of West African living through the Art of prolific artist, Joseph Ogbebor.

Soap & Craft art Demonstration
Mellen, Esthetician, Certified Soapmaker, the owner of Soap N Craft, will demonstrate soap or candle flower making on Saturday morning.Visitors can get a free soap gift while quantities last, you can also try to make a piece of soap by themselves. Kids are welcome to try as well!

Every Saturday Night (6 p.m. to 11 p.m.) Taste of Colombia Fair Trade Coffee Shop hosts Salsa Night to teach, enjoy, dance and share wonderful Salsa with people who like it or want to learn more about it. Usually, there is a $15 cover charge to everybody attending Salsa Night, but mention "CULTURE DAYS" and your experience that evening is free!

Sovereign House Self Guided Tour
This house, completed in 1846, was built for Charles Sovereign, a local justice of the peace, and moved to its present location in 1988. Renowned author Mazo de la Roche lived here between 1910 and 1915. The Bronte Historical Society now operates the house. Take a self-guided tour of the house, see a show by local artists and enjoy spectacular views of Bronte Harbour.

Dick Sanders Painting Exhibit
